Heart surgeon after 23-hour (successful) lung heart transplantation. His assistant is sleeping in the corner

saw this in the national geographic best 100, this was my favourite

Will never not reblog, it looks like a battlefield in some way to me.

That photo is from 1987. It was taken in Poland and that surgeon was even Minister of Health. Sadly, he is dead now (but there will be a movie about him) but his patient is still alive.

I just want to add that it’s great to know that there are ministers out there who actually have hands on experience with their respective subjects

Because that’s the way it really should be

So excited for the release of 2015 angels of change calendar to help raise funds and awareness for the trans community and programs at children’s hospital that helped me start my transition. It’s been such an honor to come out in the calendar October 25 is the big day at Arena in Hollywood. #angelsofchange #aoc #trans #transition #transgender #ftm #t

It’s amazing how much I’ve changed from 6 months on t to 1 year and 5 months although I’ve stopped taking t due to unexpected circumstances and been experiencing severe dysphoria this past week, it helped that I came out to people and shared my transition. Not only was I welcomed with open arms but people couldn’t believe I wasn’t a cis male. Thanks @phantominurmind for introducing me to @heartofartgallery and their very welcoming family. #transformationtuesday #transition #trans #ftm #transgender #t

“According to Greek mythology, humans were originally created with four arms, four legs, and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate beings condemning them to spend their lives in search for their other halves.”

~Plato’s The Symposium.

How many times will I reblog this? “Always.”

We did it at school. The myth also says that the pairings could be male/female, male/male or female/female (just sayin’)

As you guys may know I won 2nd place in a drawing contest for freetomprosthetics a couple months back, as a prize I got to pick a prosthetic from their shop. After they opened in the beginning of the month I fell in love with their 4 in 1 pack, pee, play & pleasure and was keen on getting 6.5 inches of goodness. After a good month of waiting my 4 in 1 Prosthetic TRADITIONAL 6.5” : PACK, PEE, PLAY & PLEASURE color tan finally came in today. In the package I found a care and information brochure filled with useful information on how to care for your prosthetic.

So far these are some key points I have taken into account:

The rod inside the prosthetic is bendable so it can go from flaccid to erect at a moments notice if you were caught up in the heat of the moment. Do note that if you are using this prosthetic for sex do use protection (use a condom)! You are packing and peeing in this prosthetic and you want to be as safe as possible. Do note that although the rod is able to bend do not overdo it! Meaning that the rod will break if you are not careful. The rod also happens to be removable so if you are not satisfied on how flaccid it looks you can always take out the rod to use at a later time. The erect state seems to hold up nicely and it tends to stay erect as pressure is put against it which is a great sign *hint, hint*. Also inside in the cup portion there seems to be a ridge on the top of the cup, this is not a flaw believe it or not it helps us transguys get off. For you fellows that are on T you know what I’m talking about since we have a bit of growth down there.

Next up: packing.
As I stated above you have a couple of options when it comes to packing you can pack with the rod or without it’s up to you. I don’t see a problem with packing with a rod since it seems flaccid enough to look nonerrect while packing. It may seem a bit big for all the people who are not accustomed to packing. It takes practice and lots of patience to handle packing. The instructions on how to fold properly can be found on the brochure.

Peeing:
Like anything else using a prosthetic for peeing is similar to using an STP. The prosthetic is made with a big cup on purpose so you are able to hold the prosthetic close to you so you don’t miss. I recommend practicing in the shower just in case you make a mistake. Let’s be honest it happens to the best of us.

Care:
The beauty about this prosthetic is that you can clean it with soap and water. Heck, I just cleaned it in the shower and it cleaned right up after a day of use. Make sure you clean it regularly to a vapid smell building up.

So far I have been using his beauty for a day but I have fallen in love with it. Since I have packed before I am used to carrying a packer (not as big as this one) but so far I have grown accustomed to it and no surprise erections like I have had in the past with other packers.
I will keep you guys posted on this prosthetics and any questions are welcomed.

Cleaning my prosthetic has proved to be quite easy.
